Promotional Flyer

This could be sent as a letter or an email to the clients that you feel could benefit from this service.

Email to Client

This email would be sent to a client who has responded favourably to the promotional flyer. To avoid prolonged correspondence, the intention of this email is to deal with everything in one go. Accordingly it refers to a number of attachments that the client must print and return, together with payment up front.

Sample handbook

This is sent as an attachment with the confirmation email. It is the basic handbook without any optional sections. The client should read and ensure that none of their existing policies or procedures are at variance with those in the sample handbook.

This is sent as an attachment with the confirmation email. The client will tick any of the additional sections that apply to their business e.g. Car parking

Service Level Agreement (SLA)

This is sent as an attachment with the confirmation email and sets the detail of the service and the respective responsibilities. The client should print, sign and return.
